Terms and conditions

1.1. For the payment of the course fee, the student will receive an invoice in the form of a confirmation letter / email. This must be paid within 14 days of the invoice date.

1.2. If the student cancels before the group lesson begin: a full refund is granted.

1.3. if the student cancel after the first lesson: a full refund is issued less the cost of the first lesson, or the issuance of a credit of the same amount for future courses within 12 months.

1.4. If lessons are cancelled by the teacher, the lesson will be rescheduled at the end of the course, maintaining the same day/time whenever possible.

1.5. Lessons missed due to student's absence in group course, will not be made up or refunded.

1.6 For individual private course of 10 lessons, the student can cancel or postpone a maximum of 2 times with a 24 hours notice before the date of the lesson.
